  • How to check Eir Mobile code’s available balance?

    You have 3 options to check [Eir Mobile prepaid balance:

    • Through balance on My Eir.
    • Typing *#100# in the relevant phone and press the call button.
    • Texting OFFER to 50104 and Eir will send a message back with the remaining balance, along with details of the offer currently in use, and days remaining till next toping up to keep the offer active.
       

  • What is the expiry date of Eir Mobile available balance?

    Eir Mobile has a number of time frames for the call credit validity.

    • After 90 days, the phone number will be temporarily blocked. To undo this, top up with a minimum of €5.
    • After 150 days, the outgoing services will be disabled (calls, text, data). The phone will be able to receive incoming calls for 30 days.
    • After 240 days, any credit on the relevant phone will be removed.
    • After 13 months, the number will be disconnected.
