Rockstar released Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look on 27 August 2026. The presentation runs for almost 27 minutes and contains in-game footage captured on PlayStation 5.

When is the GTA 6 Release Date on PC?
The GTA 6 release date on PC will be significantly later than the console versions, likely falling into late 2027 or early 2028. Rockstar has not announced a GTA 6 PC version or release date. That means there is currently no confirmed GTA 6 release date for:
- Windows
- Steam
- Epic Games Store
- Rockstar Games Launcher
Historically, Rockstar Games delays their PC ports—as seen with GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2—to focus on a stable console launch and maximize double-dipping sales.
