If you have an My PaysafeCard account, add the PaysafeCard code to your My PaysafeCard account. You can then pay by entering your username and password at the selected web stores checkout.

Check your PaysafeCard balance by using the Balance Checker: Underneath the title Sjekke tilgodehavende, enter the code we sent to your email. Click on the OK button to view your amount.

Your PaysafeCard code has no expiration date. After 12 months, 30 kr a month will be deducted from your balance.

PaysafeCard prepaid code customers without a PaysafeCard account are subject to a maintenance fee of €3 or equivalent in voucher currency if their voucher is not fully redeemed within 30 days of purchase. This fee will be charged monthly until the voucher balance is empty.
