How to redeem Proximus code?
The code received from Recharge.com via email can directly be used on Proximus: Choose from two recharge options:
Option 1:
- Use Proximus Mobile device to call 1911.
- Then follow the instructions.
Option 2:
- Type #121*(The CODE)# in the phone
- Press send.
- The call credit will be directly recharged.
A Proximus Pay & Go Extra Messaging pack can be redeemed by typing #141*(The CODE)# and clicking send.
How to redeem Proximus code abroad?
Contact the Proximus Mobile customer service to top up from abroad by calling 0032 8002 2800.
How to check Proximus code’s available balance?
To check the balance, enter #121#, followed by the send button.
Good to know: It can take up to 15 minutes until Proximus has processed the add call credit.
What is the expiry date of Proximus code?
After each recharge, the call credit becomes valid for 12 months.
