This voucher is issued by Cryptonow GmbH, Marc-Aurel-Str. 10-12, 1010 Vienna, FN 619454m, an EU MiCAR-regulated crypto-asset service provider based in Austria. The voucher is an unregulated product and does not fall within the scope of the German Payment Services Act. It can only be redeemed on the regulated Cryptonow® platform at cryptonow.de ("Platform"). Cryptonow is not a member of any investor compensation scheme. Redemption requires registration on the Platform, including anti-money laundering (AML) identity verification, as well as acceptance of the Cryptonow Terms and Conditions. The voucher holder is entitled to purchase a cryptocurrency available on the Platform from Cryptonow at the exchange rate offered on the Platform at the time of redemption. In addition, the Wallet Card can be used as an empty blockchain-based, non-custodial offline crypto wallet for Bitcoin. The voucher may be transferred free of charge. Any commercial resale of the voucher is prohibited. The voucher is valid for three years, starting from the end of the year in which it was purchased. Cryptonow is not liable for the loss, theft, fraud, damage, or unauthorized use of the voucher or the Wallet Card. Cash redemption of the voucher balance is not permitted.
