About E-plus Germany

E-plus Germany was a major mobile network operator in Germany. E-plus merged with O2 (Telefónica Germany) in 2014. While the E-plus brand is no longer actively used, many customers still have E-plus prepaid SIM cards.

When you recharge E-plus credit, you're actually topping up an E-plus-branded SIM card that now operates on the O2 network. This means you can continue to use your existing E-plus number and enjoy nationwide coverage.

Recharge.com lets you top up E-plus easily online, ensuring your service remains active whenever you need it.

To recharge E-plus credit from abroad:

 

1. Visit Recharge.com

2. Choose your desired top-up amount

3. Enter your email address

4. Complete the payment using one of our 23+ secure payment methods

5. Receive your code instantly 6. Dial 104*code# on your E-plus phone, where ""code"" is the top-up code you received.

The validity of your E-plus credit depends on the amount you recharge:

 

- 15 EUR credit is valid for 6 months

- 25 EUR credit is valid for 8 months

- 30 EUR credit is valid for 12 months

E-plus doesn't support eSIM in Germany as an independent provider. If you're an E-plus customer, you may need to check with O2 (Telefónica) for eSIM options.

An E-plus top-up code is a digital voucher you purchase to recharge E-plus credit on your prepaid mobile account. When you top up E-plus through Recharge.com, you're buying credit that can be used for calls, texts, and mobile data.

E-plus has been integrated into the O2 network, so you'll need to reach out to O2 for support. Here are the contact details for O2 customer service:

- From an E-plus number: Dial 1155 for customer service. This call is free of charge.
