Sofern das Kartenguthaben zur vollständigen Bezahlung des Einkaufs nicht ausreicht, kann der Differenzbetrag mit einem anderen Zahlungsmittel beglichen werden. Es erfolgt kein Ersatz bei Verlust, Entwendung oder Unbrauchbarkeit der Karte. C&A haftet nicht für Missbrauch durch Dritte. Eine Sperrung der Karte ist nicht möglich. Das Guthaben wird nicht verzinst und nicht bar ausgezahlt. Die Karte ist 3 Jahre gültig (Fristbeginn ist Ende des Jahres, in dem die Karte letztmalig aufgeladen wurde). Personenbezogene Daten werden nicht erfasst.
