How do I redeem my Treatwell code?
Select your venue, treatment and availabe timeslot. Go to check out, choose your Gift Card or voucher as the payment method and fill in the code. Important: the voucher can only be used on the Treatwell platform (not as a payment method in the salon) and only after selecting prepayment (at salons that accept this payment method online).
How long is my Treatwell code valid for?
Your Treatwell code is valid for 2 years.

Treatwell Geschenkgutscheine sind im Voraus bezahlte Gutscheine, mit denen du online unter www.treatwell.at und in unserer App, in der zahlreiche Friseur- und Beautysalons sowie Barbershops ihre Services anbieten, Dienstleistungen erwerben kannst. Treatwell Geschenkgutscheine laufen an dem auf jedem Gutschein angegebenen Datum ab. Treatwell Geschenkgutscheine können für alle Dienstleistungen auf treatwell.at und in der Treatwell App verwendet werden. Treatwell Geschenkgutscheine sind nur in Österreich gültig. Die Empfänger*innen können den Code beim Kauf an der Kasse in das entsprechende Feld eingeben. Sie werden dann aufgefordert, ein Treatwell Konto einzurichten, damit sie kein Restguthaben verlieren. Der Betrag des Prepaid Geschenkgutscheins kann in mehreren Raten verwendet werden, bis das Guthaben aufgebraucht ist. Der Treatwell Geschenkgutschein kann für einen beliebigen Betrag verwendet werden. Wenn das Restguthaben nicht ausreicht, kann einfach die Differenz mit der Zahlungsmethode nach Wahl gezahlt werden. Ist das Restguthaben höher als der ausgegebene Betrag, kann der Geschenkgutschein innerhalb der Gültigkeitsdauer für weitere Einkäufe bei Treatwell verwendet werden.
