The Salt Mobile credit code received from Recharge.com can be directly topped up on the mobile. Code activation can be done in 3 ways:

- Simply enter #121* followed by the sent code then #. Press send.

- Call 0800 7005 55 and follow the instructions.

- Call +41 7870 055 55 from abroad and follow the instructions.

 

From abroad: call +41 7870 055 55 and follow the instructions.

 

To check the balance, enter *121# followed by the send button.

 

It can take up to 15 minutes until Salt has processed the add call credit.

 

After 390 days of inactivity, a Salt PrePay account is suspended. It will be cancelled after a further 45 days (a total of 435 days).
