Recharging Proximus credit has never been easier. Simply choose the credit amount of Proximus needed, and pay using PayPal, Sofort or Credit Card. We will send the prepaid mobile credit code to the email inserted, with instructions on how to redeem the credit. At home or abroad, topping up is not a problem with Recharge.com.

The code received from Recharge.com via email can directly be used on Proximus: Choose from two recharge options:

Option 1:

  1. Use Proximus Mobile device to call 1911.
  2. Then follow the instructions.

Option 2:

  1. Type #121*(The CODE)# in the phone
  2. Press send.
  3. The call credit will be directly recharged.

 

A Proximus Pay & Go Extra Messaging pack can be redeemed by typing #141*(The CODE)# and clicking send.

 

Contact the Proximus Mobile customer service to top up from abroad by calling 0032 8002 2800.

 

To check the balance, enter #121#, followed by the send button.

 

Good to know: It can take up to 15 minutes until Proximus has processed the add call credit.

 

After each recharge, the call credit becomes valid for 12 months.
