Promotion Terms for Pride Give Away – instagram.com/recharge.com

• These Promotion Terms are applicable to the promotional campaign (“Promotion”) organised by Recharge B.V. (“Recharge.com”), based in Amsteldijk 216, 1079 LK, Netherlands.  
• The Promotion Terms are available on Recharge.com’s website https://www.recharge.com/blog/en-gb/ie/promotion-terms-for-pride-give-away.
• The Promotion offers for those who have entered into the Pride Give Away Promotion on https://www.instagram.com/p/CuHOR63M9sV/?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== (“Promotion Post”) during the Promotion Period (defined below). 
• By participating in the Promotion, you accept these Promotion Terms. 
• The Promotion will take place between 30 June 2023 to 6 July 2023 (“Promotion Period”). Participation in the Promotion is only possible during the Promotion Period. 

1. Can I participate?

1.1. The Promotion is open to anyone who is above 18 years old.
1.2. Minors are excluded from the Promotion.
1.3. Employees of Recharge.com, their respective branches and subsidiaries, and members of their families or households are not eligible to participate.

2. How can I participate?

2.1. Participation in the Promotion is possible by following the instructions provided in the Promotion Post. You will be asked to provide your valid email address, phone number, and phone carrier (“Registration”).
2.2. Participation is limited to one Registration per participant. Each email address and phone number (used separately or together) shall be connected to one participant and shall amount to one Registration.
2.3. In the case of false or misleading entries or actions, you are excluded from participation.

3. What can I win?

3.1. The first 20 participants that have completed the Registration in the Promotion will be awarded with a discount code worth 20 EUR (“Discount 1”). Discount 1 can solely be used for the call credit (offered by Recharge.com) for the phone carrier provided in the Registration.
3.2. Any other participants will be awarded a discount code of 20%  (“Discount 2”). Discount 2 can be used on products available on the Recharge.com website or the Recharge.com app (exclusions may apply).
3.3. The Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be returned and/or exchanged for money or other goods or services.
3.4. All taxes, fees, and other costs arising from the Discounts are for the account of the participant, unless stated otherwise.

4. When will I receive my award?

4.1. Participants that have completed valid Registrations will receive their discount codes between 29 June 2023 and 6 July 2023  in accordance with this Article 4.
4.2. Depending on the phone carrier provided in the Registration, participants being awarded Discount 1 (1) will receive the value of the Discount 1 directly on their phone carrier via top-up; or (2) will receive the discount code via the email address used for Registration.
4.3. Participants being awarded  Discount 2 will receive the discount code via the email address used for the Registration.

5. Data Protection

5.1. All Registrations become the property of Recharge.com and are not confirmed or returned.
5.2. The information and personal data collected upon Registration at the Promotion will be used in accordance with these Promotional Conditions and our Privacy Statement (linked below).
5.3. Personal data of the participants will only be used for the purpose of this Promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

6. General Conditions

6.1. By participating, you declare to be bound by these Promotion Terms and the decisions of Recharge.com, which are final and binding on all matters related to this Promotion.
6.2. The Promotion is subject to Dutch law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including any dispute or claim relating to non-contractual obligations), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Netherlands. Unless another form of dispute resolution is agreed to in writing, the court of Amsterdam shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising between the Parties in relation to this Agreement.
6.3. Recharge.com reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.4. Recharge.com reserves the right, at its own discretion, to disqualify any person who violates the participation or Registration process, the execution of the Promotions, or violates any legislation or regulations, or behaves in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive way.
6.5. The use of equipment or computer software to automate the participation process is prohibited.
6.6. Duplicating the Award, in any way, is prohibited and will make the Award invalid.
6.7. Recharge.com is not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate submission information, human errors, typographical or transcription errors, technical defects, malfunctions, breakdowns, injury or damage to the participant’s computer or any third party in connection with – or as a result of participation in these Promotions, inability to access a website, malicious processing, unauthorized access to entries, transactions that are processed late or incorrect, or other mistakes.
