F1 2027 Calendar: All 24 Races, Dates, Sprints and What Changed
Formula 1 and the FIA confirmed the 2027 calendar on 16 September 2026, after approval by the World Motor Sport Council. It runs to 24 Grands Prix in 22 countries, opens in Bahrain on Sunday 14 March and closes in Abu Dhabi on Sunday 12 December. Ten weekends carry a Sprint, up from six in 2026. Pre-season testing is in Bahrain from 24 to 27 February.
What changed for 2027
- Portugal is back. The Portuguese Grand Prix at Portimão returns on 20 June, its first appearance since 2021.
- Türkiye is back. The Turkish Grand Prix returns on 3 October, also for the first time since 2021, slotted between Baku and Singapore.
- Zandvoort is out. The Dutch Grand Prix drops off the schedule as expected.
- Barcelona and Spa now rotate. The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya hosts a Spanish race in even years from 2028, Spa-Francorchamps hosts the Belgian Grand Prix in odd years from 2027. The 2027 Spanish Grand Prix is in Madrid on 12 September.
- Ten Sprints. Bahrain, Australia, Japan, Monaco and Abu Dhabi host a Sprint for the first time; Montreal, Silverstone, Monza, São Paulo and Lusail keep theirs. For the first time both the opener and the finale are Sprint weekends, and Monaco’s Sprint format means two qualifying sessions on the streets.
- One Saturday race. Las Vegas is the only Saturday Grand Prix of the year, which lands on Sunday morning UK time.

Race the season before it starts
There is no standalone F1 26 this year. EA kept F1 25 as the base game and added the 2026 grid as the 2026 Season Pack on 3 June 2026, so that is the game the 2027 grid will be racing in until the next release. It runs on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam. The quickest way to fund it is store credit for your platform, delivered by email in seconds:
